We are working on the menu.  I will post it once we are ready.  The last one I did there was a great hit.  The food is tremendous and the wines to pair with was awesome.  If you haven't dine there, you are missing out.  Chef Tom comes up with some amazing creations.

This is where more than 40 of our favorite producers, brands, wineries and chefs get to shine. They'll share with you a taste, a sip, a recipe, or a secret. You'll leave with a new perspective on everything from olive oil to chocolate; recipe tips to artisan bread making. Attendees will have the opportunity to sip, share, taste and talk as they learn about everything ranging from chocolate and wines, to artisan confections and local produce from Frog Hollow Farms. Thai Chicken Wings…exotic spices and crispy chicken tossed with Thai hot sauce and served with blue cheese dressing. 

This will be paired with 2006 Otter Cove Dry Gewurztraminer.

 

Second Course

Crab Cakes…panko crusted sweet crab served with a roasted red pepper cream sauce.  Nicely paired with 2006 Otter Cove Chardonnay.

 

 

Third Course

Cedar Plank Salmon…fresh salmon roasted on fragrant cedar planks served with saffron risotto, vegetables and topped with a roasted tomato sauce. 

Elegantly paired with the 2006 Oh Pinot Noir, SLH…

 

Fourth course

Hanger steak grilled to perfection...USDA Angus certified choice meat.  Topped with gorgonzola butter and broccolini

House made apple pie… sprinkled with cinnamon and served with vanilla
