2006 Oh Pinot Noir Santa Lucia HighlandsThis is a blend of two vineyards from the Santa Lucia Highlands.  However, it is 100% Pinot Noir.  Aged in French oak with 50% of them being new.  Nice nose with bold cherries, raspberries, chocolate, and a silky finish.  Once you have a sip, you won't want to put it down.  This will pair nicely with lamb, salmon, steaks, chicken, and even with desserts...try it with dark chocolate truffels!  Your mouth will thank you for it.
