You'll get a hint butterscotch, tropical fruits, honey, and a bit of citrus at the end. Very clean finish. | The grapes are from 32 year old vines up in the Santa Lucia Highlands. This is a very refreshing wine with red apples, and hints of fig and honey. Very clean finish with a right amount of sweetness. However, it's not too sweet or buttery. Thus, it will go well with blacken chicken, halibut or sole with a mango salsa sauce, curries, pork with a chutney sauce, and everything sweet and/or spicy. It will go great with dessert as well.
