The grapes are from the old vines up in the Santa Lucia Highlands. What a well balanced wine. No oak with malolactic fermentation. You'll get a hint butterscotch, tropical fruits, honey, and a bit of citrus at the end. Very clean finish. This will pair well with crab, salmon, chicken, halibut, sand dabs, cheeses and fruits, or pretty much all seafood. You can also drink it by itself.
Nice balance with butterscotch up front, lots of tropical fruits in the middle, hints of vanilla and a nice clean finish. Pairs great with seafood, chicken, cheeses, or by itself.
Traditional Alsatian style dry Gewürztraminer made from Monterey County grapes. Nice floral bouquet with lychee, honeydew, great acidity and minerality on the finish.
Anderson Valley offers some amazing Pinot Noirs. This is a Pinot Noir with more depth and character. You'll get darker rich color, cherries, black berries, almost a preserve quality of cherries, with a nice long silky velvety finish. This will pair nicely with finer meats like filet mignon, kobe beef, rack of lamb, new york strip, wild mushrooms, and chocolates.
Come taste what the SLH Pinot Noirs has to offer. Nice nose with bold cherries, raspberries, chocolate, and a silky finish. Once you have a sip, you won't want to put it down. This will pair nicely with lamb, salmon, steaks, chicken, and even with desserts...try it with dark chocolate truffels!
The grapes are from Cedar Lane Vineyards, Monterey. It's medium body with nice spices and cloves. The finish with its velvety suppleness will leave your mouth wanting more. This is a wine to enjoy from start to finish...
